Macbeth
by William Shakespeare
In Shakespeare's classic tale three witches tell the Scottish general, Macbeth, that he will be King of Scotland. Encouraged by his wife, Macbeth kills the king, becomes the new king. As his guilt drives him to madness, he starts to see the dead Kind Duncan, his paranoia sets in resulting in Macbeth killing anyone he suspects is against him. Civil war erupts to overthrow Macbeth, and a bloodbath ensues.

Prop making the automatic guns; Using a premade weapons mould, we created a metal central support for the middle of the Jesmonite guns. We then mixed the Jesmonite and added a black pigment, and added anchor points in the gun using screws, washers and rachet straps.
Refinishing the crowns, turning them from antique gold to silver. I protected the gems using PVA which could be easily removed. Then used a silver spray paint. Finally, I finished it by sponging back into the crowns detailing with some black paint, to age the crowns but also to make sure the details weren't lost. I then removed the PVA from the gems and they were ready to use.
