Romeo and Juliet

Working with Illusion Design and Construct to create one of Secret Cinema's fully interactive productions. We created Baz Luhrmann's action packed Romeo and Juliet. Creating the derelict theatre, the mechanic's workshops, the fuel stations, creating the different scenes from the classic movie. This production was packed with different scenic techniques and textures.  

Process 

Working as part of the Scenic painting team we used many different techniques, distressed walls using blocking techniques with trowels, creating Tromp l'oeil, and applying lettering stencils to different flats. Please feel free to check out some of the elements I worked on below.
